1. Orders and Customization
• All vending machines are built to order based on the customer’s selected specifications.
• Once an order is placed and the downpayment is made, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Customization options (e.g., layout, branding, product configuration) must be finalized before production begins.

2. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
• A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your order.
• The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full prior to delivery, once the unit has been delivered to our warehouse, tested, and confirmed ready for dispatch.
• This policy applies to all locations, including Metro Manila and provincial areas.
• Orders with unsettled balances after 7 calendar days from readiness notification will incur a ₱500 per day storage fee.
• If unpaid after 30 days, the order may be cancelled and the downpayment forfeited.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, or other approved payment channels.

3. Lead Time and Delivery
• Standard production lead time is 40–45 business days from the date of downpayment confirmation.
• Delivery is free within Metro Manila. Deliveries outside Metro Manila will be subject to a delivery fee quoted by a third-party courier.
• Delivery schedules may vary due to location, weather, port delays, or holidays.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

4. Branding and Logo Requirement
• All machines will display the official CLIC Vendo logo on the front panel.
• The logo must not be removed, covered, or modified without prior written approval from CLIC Vendo.
• Unauthorized removal may void support or promotional agreements.

5. Warranty and Support
• Machines come with a 1-year limited warranty on parts and service for manufacturing defects not caused by misuse, water damage, power surges, or accidents.
• Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made.
• Lifetime remote support is provided via phone, email, or chat.
• On-site support is available in Metro Manila and select areas. Other areas may incur a service fee.

6. Returns and Refunds
• Due to the customized and built-to-order nature of our vending machines, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
• If you choose not to proceed after confirming the order, your downpayment will be forfeited.

7. Use of Equipment
• Buyers are responsible for the proper setup, use, and maintenance of the machine.
• Training materials and user guides will be provided upon delivery or installation.

8. Limitation of Liability
• CLIC Vendo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the machine.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the vending machine.

9. Privacy Policy
• We value your privacy. Customer information is used only to process orders and provide support.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms
• CLIC Vendo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Changes will be posted on this page and shall apply immediately upon posting.
